Circa 1910

A Historic Home with a Story to Tell

Built circa 1910, Fears House is a two-and-a-half-story Colonial Revival residence filled with the craftsmanship and character of another era.

Original hardwood floors, stained-glass windows, period light fixtures, built-in wooden seating, a preserved china cabinet, and rich woodwork have survived through more than a century of life inside the house.

The atmosphere is elegant without being formal. Small irregularities and distinctive architectural details give the property the unmistakable personality of a genuinely historic home.

Fears House is not a reproduction, museum, or themed hotel. It is a lived-in home that is continually cared for and now shared with overnight guests.
